LOL, Bud Foster is 66 years old and he's been retired from football for like 6 years.

Also Banks has done an incredible job. One of the best defenses in the country last year. If we had last year's D with this year's O, we'd be title contenders.

Are they allowed to transfer immediately?

Who knows I'm sure they can find a judge somewhere that would allow it. By the team someone else appeals and gets it overturned the season would be over. Worth a shot

I agree . . . But this is the issue . . . Seemingly we are on this “seesaw” of good defense but the offense sucks . . . Or this year it again looks like we have found gold in an underrated QB and the offense looks good, but the defense is not good.

Until we are good on both sides of the ball with depth . . . And good on special teams . . . We will be at best 9-3 / 10-2 with luck and 8-4 will be the norm.

Yes. They have 30 days for one time transfer after coach is fired. Wouldn't hurt if some end up in portal for depth.
