Three Va. Tech fans from my job are complete moron. Thet have no repect for Tenn. Vols at all. They act like that Va. Tech have won the BCS champonship.:crazy:
I hate Va. Tech even more than ever now.:finger3: They have no class what so ever. (sigh):mad: I wish Tenn. had won the ballgame, so these fans wouldn't act like moron.

They have always been that way... cocky and arrogant. They beat a down UT squad so let them have their day in the sun. Their whole world will come crashing down when Foster leaves for a coaching job this year if not next.

Regardless of the outcome, we're still Tennessee and they're still just Va Tech. This is the peak of their program right now. Their program is Beamer, and the second he is gone they go back to being the irrelevant team nobody had heard of. If any other coach ever experiences any sort of success there in the future, he will bolt for one of the big programs. Beamer only stayed there because it is his alma mater.

I was surprised to learn that this is the first time VT had won back to back bowl games.

Let them brag. Their trophy case looks bare compared to ours. PS... they don't have a BCS NATIONAL TITLE like WE do! ; )

A few days after the matchup was annouced my wife who is a Physician was set to perform surgery. As she entered the surgical area a CRNA who happened to be a UT grad confronted her about the game, my wife joked and continued to scrub. Upon begining the procedure the CRNA began to berate my wife about how a second place ACC team could never beat an SEC team. My wife laughed and started the surgery, thats when things began to get dangerous as the CRNA began screaming at my wife that she was stupid among other choice words while ignoring the patient. The supervisor of the CRNA was called into the room and had to remove her while another took over the case. Living in the Tri Cities I can tell you there are fans of this low caliber on both sides. There are Tenn fans in SWVA who have gone out of their way before this game to let VT fans know that they are a superior program. Remember its a game played by 18, 19 and 20 year old boys. I know men the same age that are 8,000 feet up in Afg fighting while we sleep so we can have this silly discussion. Good Luck Vols and Go Hokies.

Like I told the UT fan behind me at the Chick Fil A when he said we need 2 more successful possessions. No we just need 2 more recruiting classes and all will be made right with the world. I will give VT their due - well coached and a well played game, however, they really couldn't have timed it any better. We were basically playing with a team that skipped two recruiting classes.
Our senior class was weak because that was the year that we fired Randy Sanders and brought in Cutcliff very, very late in the process and the Sophomore class which was when Cutcliff left and we brought in the offensive staff very, very late in the process. Awful, awful recruiting both of those years. Have your VT buddies check back in 2 years after we have had a chance to do a little recruiting and improve the offensive and defensive lines.

VT fans at my workplace are really cool. They were better than us. Period.

I'm surrounded by VT fans at work. All I can say is I hope we get another shot at them soon.

We sat right behind 3 small groups of VT idiots in an otherwise Vols section. This experience has moved me to apologize to the LSU nation whom I’ve thought for many, many years to be the most classless group of people I’d ever seen.

When these VT rubes weren’t sucking down another $7.00 beer (is VA dry?), they were spitting their smokeless juices into a clear, empty beer cup and raising it high for all to see. In between swigs and spits, they’d grab their old lady’s ultra-broad backside and give it a big squeeze, I guess for good luck. I for one can say that if we EVER play this bunch of vomit heavers again, this ole boy won’t be in the stands!

Let me get this straight..... A simple CRNA starts lipping off at a Doctor in her own OR? I'm calling BS on this one buddy..... Either that or your wife isn't like any other surgeon I've ever met..... Any surgeon (male or female) that I've ever encountered would kick that CRNA straight out of the hospital (and a job....). That's BS. No sale.....

Haven't heard of any Kiffen to whom you refer, but when KIFFIN gets ahold of your sorry gator rear end with HIS players (and not some Fulmer holdovers...) you won't know whether to scratch your watch or wind your elbow....

I live in WV, so there is neither a lot of Vol fans, nor VT fans around here. I would say much more Vol fans tho, I see a lot of Power T's on cars, and stuff.

Anyhow, at the gym where I work out, there is one guy who is a VT fan, and older guy, I would say mid 70's!! I had a Vol shirt on in there a few weeks ago, and he told me he was a VT fan, and we talked a bit about the game coming up, and that was about it.
Saw him yesterday for the first time since the game, even he was talkin sh!t!! I couldn't believe it!!:eek:lol:
He kept saying how big of baby Kiffin was about the handshake, etc. I said maybe if VT would have laid off the bliztes that put our QB in the hospital when the game was decided, he would have acted differently!!

I just said VT played well, and walked off before he got to riled up and broke a hip or something!!!:shakehead:
