2027 OL Carter Jones’ mom was a student-athlete at Tennessee, and the four-star from Virginia is high on the Vols. He told Volquest, “They are at the top of my list.”
He has built a strong relationship with Glen Elarbee and Kevin Pendleton, and the opportunity to potentially play multiple positions in Tennessee’s offense is appealing to him.
He plans to visit Knoxville again this spring and has locked in an official visit. This one has the feel of a Tennessee-Clemson battle right now, but the next few months are going to be crucial, as programs like Georgia and Virginia Tech are also involved.
