I wonder how many SCAR recruits will take another look at UT now that Reaves is on board. They have some very good recruits that I would like to steal. Gilmore, Swearinger, and Hollomon should be interested in playing for Monte Kiffin and alongside eric berry. They were all three considering UT at one time.

Same goes for Notre Dame if/when they fire charlie weiss. Alex Bullard, Nyshier Oliver, and Shaquelle Evans are 3 ND commits who once considered the vols.


Also, any chance Sly Croom comes and coaches O-Line? He was a great Center at Alabama and is a great man. After his resignation, I am suprise no one has mentioned this. Maybe they have and I don't know, but what you think?

I'd love Croom as an OC or something, but I think he'll end up coaching Washington/Clemson/Syracuse, some other school opening up.

all of our new coaches can RECRUIT !
so i can only see us stealing a couple high profile recruits from some teams

that would be NICE ! :)

Why would even consider Cromm for OC? Cromm's offense was terrible the whole time he was Miss St.

I could see us landing Moses, Brown, Scruggs, Myles, and Meeks out of these guys. Moses and Scruggs might be the longest shots of these though.

When they announced who wasn't coming back next year they never said Scott or Drayton. A lot of the recruits really like those 2 guys. I think that we have a great staff. Over half of them can recruit well and our closer for D is Monte! lol how can you turn him down? I mean plug in your Madden 09' and when you pull up your Defense then just look at the Tampa 2 and just say Monte made that one! haha
