I think we have a chance to beat both teams at home to be honest. We play both at home. I assume a sold out game against fl. I think we can beat one of them. The next game is huge though.
I am more worried about A&m than winning one of the 2 big home games. I would bet a large amount of money we beat either florida or Missouri. Decent shot at winning both IMO.
After our huge win over Kentucky, Joe Lunardi basically failed to give UT any credit for the w, instead just wanted to talk about how it put UK outside the bubble calling UT "average at best." Obviously he only looks at wins and losses and doesn't actually follow the teams he seams to be covering. If he were, he would have seen the transformation this UT team has went through, and how good they have looked the last few weeks.
Would have been nice to have at least gotten the respect of after him talking about how it hurt UK, how it helped UT, and if we stay hot, we could be a dangerous team. Joe sucks balls imo. GBO!
I missed that, he called us average at best? Lunardi is a moron wrapped in a douche bag! The two guys that did half-time Doug Gotlieb and Seth Greenberg showed a little love. They flat out said if we get to 20 wins and the way we finished the season would get us in contention for making the field.
Sorry to burst the bubble of all those that love to throw out "ESPN hates us," but Andy Katz had this say this morning -
"The Volunteers have won four in a row, including the 30-point pounding of Kentucky last Saturday. If you're looking for an SEC tournament buster that could cause serious problems for bubble teams in the league -- and who knows maybe win the tournament -- then put Tennessee down. The SEC tournament is in Nashville and the Vols are clicking at the right time. This is exactly the type of team that could get hot over a three-day period in a conference tournament. The Vols have the size inside and can suddenly score (not resembling at all the team that lost to Georgetown 37-36 Nov. 30). The Vols have scored 88 and 82 points in the past two games."

if OSU's RPI goes higher, UT's will ever so slightly. every hundredth of a point is needed.
I don't think that's how it works, but maybe I'm mistake (Zans is the RPI expert). I think it may help our SOS, because a team we played won, but it's no bigger than say Presbyterian beating little sister of the blind iirc.
