For some odd reason my downloads have slowed WAY down. Some of DLs have over a thousand seeders but I'm connecting with none. I updated to the newest UTorrent would that have caused the problem? Will the new verison not work well with the old peers that have not updated?!?!?

BTW nothing has changed as far as firewall etc.... Also I'm working off a T1 backbone through fiber

Often times the torrent's tracker is a membership tracker, so you can only connect to peers using DHT, and the main seeds have DHT turned off.

Ok here is another oddity. I always set my max up to 1kb

Twice now I had to go back and change them back to 1kb. They jumped up to 9kb twice?!?!
