I thought Nico was a 4th or 5th round NFL draft pick next year but the Vols hid so many of his flaws. I don't think he will be drafted at this point. He is not a difference maker. His success or hype came from 7 on 7 tournaments and potential. It just isnt happening.

He really did hold us back last season. This just proves how good of a HC Heup really is

Nico had all the potential in the world. Just had to stay and continue to be developed here, now he’s tanking his very important second year by going through the motions ins Spring and transferring to one of the most unserious Power programs in the country.

And he looks lifeless.

He's basically playing on par with last season; he had 8 games with 1 or 0 passing TDs.

Still overthrows open receivers, and still struggles to see the field.

You can watch how fast our offense moves without him to know that he's the reason that we couldn't go uptempo.

I read somewhere he wanted to have a good year and go pro. Right now that'd be stupid move #2. #1 was bad enough, because he could've pulled it off with a killer year at TN. Assuming he could pull it off, which I doubt.

But you're right. Allegedly the "family" complained about the OL at TN. Yet a good D keeps you in the game and gives you the ball back, and they did last year. He didn't do much with it. At some point you have to stop talking potential.....you got to actually SHOW IT.

He ain't built for the Pros.

Nico’s popularity was based off who he could be, and not what he is. Maybe one day he will improve, but he’s a talent who still hasn’t developed into his potential. Time will tell if he ever does.

One good year? Then go pro? He'll get Sanders-ized if he does that. I made it halfway through the second quarter, CJH made a great choice for the team.
