Neyland is not as loud as it used to be in years past. Ticket prices go up, the noise goes down. I had to jump up and down in my section just to get people to stand up and yell. Everyone was on their phones. It was disheartening to say the least.
Truth. I beg folks All around me to yell, doesn't do any good

Defense’s inability to get off the field on third down is the largest contributor to this

Well the fans could help them by actually being loud. You’re gonna give up some 3rd downs, can’t let it take you out of the game. We’re supposed to be hardcore, not fair weather.

It’s about casual viewers and the tv audience . Vanderbilt doesn’t bring in a casual viewer. Nobody that’s not a Vandy fan wants to watch Vanderbilt vs Tennessee on Thanksgiving. The Iron Bowl is a top 3 rivalry In college football. Most of the time they’ll get the nod ahead of us for the primo spot.
I agree but shouldn't there be more than one night game? one on ABC and one on ESPN or ESPN2? there is every week.
