UT vs. Vandy Game thread

Is the game being played in a funeral home? That place just got really quiet.

Meach needs 25 yards for 2,000 in a career.

Meach needs 38 yards to set the Tennessee record for most receiving yards in a season.

I'm not watching this game on TV, so you're correct. I'm not seeing that our success has been out of the shotgun. However, I will provide some analysis for you to explain the reason for that success. Ainge has an injured ankle. Therefore, they are running plays out of the shotgun to prevent Ainge from having to drop back on every pass play. We're not doing that out of choice but rather out of necessity.

Not today. Over the course of the season.

Kemp is a RS freshman. He is very athletic and doesn't shy from contact(lots of CB blitzes and filling in the run).

That is why Hefney stopped early on a play a few plays ago and allowed the WR to gain a first down and an extra few yards.

Because he's played pretty poorly and inconsistently, IMO. Hardesty is essentially the same back, but faster.

I think that Coker looks better too. But, I was suprised to see Hardesty backing Coker up instead of Foster...seeing as how he was the starter when Coker was injured. Was that just because Hardesty couldn't take enough snaps to be the starter?
