We went toe to toe with LSU, Oregon for 1st half, Alabama for 1st half, Florida until late in the third, gave South Carolina a good game and came out with a winning record with 3 SEC wins. We've got a good shot I think

North Carolina has the 38th ranked pass defense in the nation. Seems solid, right?

WRONG.

Look at their pass D against "Good" QB's and one Jordan Jefferson(HA)

Jordan Jefferson(LSU): 15 of 21 for 151 yards, 2 TD's 1 int
Kyle Parker(Clemson): 21 of 38 for 214 yards and 1 TD
Jacory Harris(Miami): 21 of 32 for 217 yards, 3 TD's 1 int
Christian Ponder(FSU): 24 of 34 for 264 yards and 3 TD's
Tyrod Taylor(VT): 13 of 28 for 249 yards and 2 TD's
Russel Wilson(NCST): 15 of 29 for 163 yards, 2 TD's 1 int

Overall stats of players above: 1258 yards, 13 TD's 3 interceptions

Tyler Bray is a better passer than anyone mentioned above, he will have a field day on a weak UNC defense.

I would say UT by 2 considering the game is in the state of Tennessee. The over/under has to be 50+. Both teams like to sling the ball.

No way they are favoring UT. The perception is that NC is the better team. We shall see. The O line better protect Bray.

We'll see. I would have thought that Ole Miss or Kentucky would have been favored over us as well but they weren't. Mainly due to us being the home team. I'm just guessing that with us on a 4 game winning streak and playing in state that we will be favored against NC as well.

I'm interested in knowing why so many people are picking UT to win. Is it because you are Tennessee fans and can't fathom picking another team to win?
