read in the paper David Horne was dismissed from the team...anyway back to the game...Fritts at the plate 1-1

I don't want to say the pitching is "falling apart" in recent games....I didn't expect a miracle...but Steckenrider was lauded ("tremendous" in relief) for his pitching yesterday and still gave up a 3 rbi hit...even though he was on top of his game after that. It'll be great when 1)Our pitchers get more experience with this coaching staff and learn how to pitch 2)CDS recruits some more pitchers.

Hope they win this series...it'll do a good bit for their confidence.
