UT vs UGA game

With our close game and georgia losing to colorado does this give us an advantage next week or do we come out looking flat?

I think Georgia will come out flat. at 1-4, they will be close to packin' it in. I think our team will bounce back and be ready to play.

I feel good about the remaining games except ALA. We can beat anybody left on the schedue. The pass rush sucks but Simms and the receivers and Poole are coming around. We have some pitiful fans who want to fire a coach or see Bray transfer. Get behind this team - THEY NEED OUR SUPPORT - not criticism, or change teams!

i love this team yeah were young but oh well ya know we are gonna be a very good team after we get a few years under our belts i hate that all these fans want to fire CDD after 5 games they just expected to much from the begining and its not right...everyone knew we were not going to be good this year

I just have a feeling both teams will come out flat after tough games.

The bad news is can you imagine the uproar if UGA finds a way to beat Tennessee.

That will not go over well.

And for recruiting purposes it is a must win.

We didn't come out flat last year after the heart breaking loss to Bama..

The firing and the transfer coming from the same fans that would complain about the dept because people would leave.....ohhhh the irony

completely agree. its all about who can bounce back right now. however, with a 1-4 start, Georgia's hopes for a bowl game are just about over. Our bowl hopes are very much alive especially if we can bounce back from this and keep moving forward.

Richt's job could be on the line next week. A loss to UT would almost guarantee that UGA will have a losing season.

No chance. Today's loss will be the end for this team this season. Just too devastating. UGA will catch us at just the right time to right the ship for at least a week. Even if we had gotten blown out this week I'd probably see things differently, but I just don't see how the team recovers from today.

I dont see georgia having a winning season at all they have to play Georgia Tech, Auburn, and Florida, and UT....vandy, kentucky, and idaho st are there possible wins...

Those teams are both better than UT right now. Having them listed as possible wins without including UT is silly. UGA should be Idaho St though.

Vandy lost to UCONN today how are they better than us oh and Kentucky got destroyed by florida how the hell are they better than us, kentucky also got beat by Ole Miss please please tell me how the hell they are better than us i just dont see it

Because we can't even count how many people we have on the field right now, needed double overtime to beat a sub-.500 c-usa team last week, and pissed away one of the best if not the only shot we'll have at a conference win this year earlier today. That's how.

Right now we have a staff and players who can't count to 11 on a consistent basis. Everything else that needs to be done to win games, regardless of how weak the competition, is like rocket science compared to that miniscule task.

Based on what I've seen so far, I honestly don't think we'll win an SEC game this season. We can probably beat Memphis.

so we are going to be 3-9 at the end of this season? Do you really really think this i dont understand your thinking...we almost lost to a C-USA team and barely lost to a top 10 team played alright against florida played good for a half against oregon...we have gotten better with every game look at all the games begining with the oregon game we have gotten better with each one we play
