I was wondering why next week's game thread had been started so dang early..,should've known. :)

After watching our defense today I'm not sure I'm too excited about playing Bama in Atlanta if we get there. If we didnt have the injuries maybe..but my gawd...our run defense is absolutely atrocious. If Florida beats LSU then we can go 9-3 and play in a nice bowl game and go get em next year....healthy....(hopefully). But getting vaporized by Bama...again is not something I really wanna see again.

I was thinking the same thing since UT cant get the D line players back before that game I would prefer let UF get Destroyed by them. But LSU looks stout and ready to beat the breaks off UF

It's WORDED exactly like a game thread. I've seen threads where they actually put the intended subject matter in the TITLE...radical stuff. :)

The goal is to get there. Winning the east is a big step for this program no matter how you slice it.

No on Monday afternoon when they announced game times/stations. And I'm 99.9% sure they said this is a record for 5th 330 cbs game.

Oh haha. I'm not sure when they initially announced it in CBS I never watch cbs unless it's a football game lol.

From what I understand (I'm no expert and don't work in TV industry) they typically announce game times and network coverage on Monday 2 weeks prior to the game. So for example they should announce the time/network for Vandy on Monday (late morning or early afternoon).

The exception is when CBS uses the 6 day clause. Pretty sure CBS did this on at least one occasion this year and I think it was the aTm game because they wanted to make sure we beat GA.

UT wins this game in a blowout---lsu will beat florida easily, and UT clinches the SEC east!!!
