Was it Hardegree's fault? I really don't know, I didn't see if it was a bad handoff or if the RB just dropped it or if it was just a great play by the defender.

Thats why i said right now. Hardesty's had 3 bad games. Blame it on the O-Line, but since Cal I haven't seen Hardesty run NORTH SOUTH like a man.

Remember Jamal Lewis, that running North South like a man.

Hardesty just doesn't impress me, dont get me wrong i think he can be taught but he shows no improvement since Cal. None what-so-ever, I'm just stating what I see baby.

Why do they keep bragging on Russell for those 2 passes into triple coverage? Against a decent defense, that is 2 picks.

Only Bo and the running back KNOW who's fault it is, but when Bo put it in there, the running back never had it.

Lacking in reality?? If Crompton had stayed in, all he would have done is handoff a few times anyway. Why not let the 3rd string guy see some live action? You don't get many opportunities to do that.

Did you miss Hardesty running over about half of the Marshall defense for a TD last week?

RB took a couple of steps and had it knocked out.

Williams or Hardesty, whomever it was. Not with our fans, it was the QB. Had Crompton been in, it still would have been a fumble, but the RB would have got the blame.

As for Hardesty, he is a Freshman coming off of a knee injury that has shown flashes of power and of speed. He will be great in years to come.

I'm not going to change your mind GAVOL and you certainly aren't going to change mine.

Every other team in the country lets their number 2 guy finish the game.

It was a stupid decision.

So what are everyone's thoughts on the running game/OLine? Coker looked good again I thought... pitiful that they couldn't put it in the endzone that one drive.

i dont see what the big deal is. he was trying to get hardegee some experience just like he was with the rest of the players. yancy was in there and he is 4TH STRING.

What was Hardesty's final stats for that game:

8 Carries
21 Yards
Longest Run: 20

One good run amonst 7 bad ones, so he runs the ball good 14% of the time.

Hardesty is a 3rd string RB right now, in my mind. And should never see the field inside the 5.
