My uneducated analysis of the dopper radar shows a little better weather directly south of Knox. Monroe Co. looks awful in terms of lightning, though.

in 30 mins the teams are going to warm up, then the band is going to play the national anthem, then they are going to start the game...that is what the broadcast on the internet said

I can only remember one college game getting cancelled and that was a couple of years ago when Lee Corso's rental car got struck by lightning.

according to css there was talk about cancellation, altough the chances of it would be very unlikely IMO.

That was it. They literally had the kicker ready to kickoff and they took everybody off the field and cancelled it.
