Game is on CSS right now. I watched the Band open the T before the game and I got chill bumps from head to toe! Even though we lost that game. The season needs to start now!

Agreed, game needs to start now! That game was frustrating, especially the PF call on Leak on the play he threw the pick-6. Yeah, real blow to his head! Haha, 3 years later, still get mad about plays.

Well I think we'll have more yards on the ground than -11 this year. I just wish we had Ainge this year but hopefully Crompton or Stephens will produce!

I just watched the 2nd quarter. I dislike UF like no one else. But I must admit I found the blow to the head call to be accurate and appropriate based on the rules. As was the UF block in the back on the previous play.

That game is painful. The better team won, but we blew our chances. why oh why did Fulmer have Coker on the bench instead of Hardesty.

We were up 17-7, got the ball on Florida's 40 and didn't do anything. On 1st dwn, Ainge went PA, had Meachem wide open, but hesitated.

And Michael Frogg got eaten alive. Another time where Fulmer didn't play the better player (McNeil) bc of his class.

Oh the wasted opportunities....

Even though it came back to bite us I loved Erik doing the Gator chomp. Think how much the world would be different if we won that game. might have saved Phillips job. Teblows talk about being the greatest college player ever wouldnt be happening. Chris leak would be a sorry sack of crap... oh wait he is still oh well!

biggest play of the game was the first down play with 3 1/2 to go on the UF 39. JW had just hit one over 50 yds. We were less than 10 yds from the winning FG so what does DC and PF call, a dropback pass with the jailbreak rush coming----result is over 15 yd loss on an intentional grounding call. Correct call there is either a screen or quick slant pass, or a quick hitting running play. Anything but risk what happened. We had the mo before that play and you could just see the air go out of us after it.

Would it kill any of these channels to show one of the few games where Tennessee actually beat Florida in the last 20 years?

Why? As somebody said earlier, maybe what this team needs is a chip on their shoulders.

I watched the 06 Bama game earlier today...I'm glad I witnessed that one at Neyland. Nothing like singing "It's Great To Be A Tennessee Vol" with 100k people you don't know.

that was really a make up call for the "block in the back" penalty on the Brandon James punt return for a TD. and that was horrible coverage by our special teams

Just think, that was the LAST time Fulmer would be on the sideline in the swamp, to snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory.
