the sad part about this s*** is that knowing schizophrenic UT football just like last year we could win out and win the SEC East again, and I would still feel no better. In fact, I wouldn't even be surprised if this happened.

I haven't seen this team play with nearly an ounce of heart since that season. Fulmer took that title and has been riding his big fat contracts ever since then... just soaking it up because he will never get fired because of that one season.

We have been cursed ever since then and we will continue to be cursed until Mike Hamilton grows a pair and finally cuts the cord. It's time to take this team in a different direction.

I am actually sitting here watching Va. Tech and UNC because I can't stomach to watch my own team anymore. UNC for God's SAKE!!!!!!!!!! I'm sick to my stomach about all of this.

I love the University of Tennessee and I'll bleed big orange until the day that I die. But I can't bear anymore of this crap... we are the laughing joke of the NCAA plain and simple.

for a coach a NC is both a good and a bad, b/c you've got to win more; you make the monster you've got to feed or it or something, look at mack brown now...

Now alot's gone wrong since then. Cut immediately after the NC. Sanders showed he couldnt run an offense. Even more so since then, that's when our recruiting troubles starter. About 1/3 of that recruiting class left UT b/c of academic or law troubles and another 1/3 never even made it into the starting lineup.

After that, we started fluctuating between 10 and 8 win seasons.

Then the 5-6 season happened, which we're still getting over as we still have to explain it to some of these recruits and its used in any "over the last 3-5 years" UT stat that the media or the other recruiting coaches use. And we've had alternating good/bad recruiting classes since then.

It's a long downhill thing that eventually got to this point. But I really dont think we're seeing the result of that fulmer won his NC and then decided he didnt have to win any more

Crompton cant even hit a guy in the numbers when the pass is 3 yards in front of him. He is gonna get receivers hurt having to jump for every pass.
