I have no idea why you go there? I'm simply saying people shouldn't make accusations when there is no basis for it. I enjoy this board, there are just a few people who say some real idiotic things, and if I were wrong, then the post in question that started it all wouldn't have been erased.

I'm an attorney by training. When someone tells me a story that logic, and a modicum of intelligence, tells me is dubious, I have no problem with people making that point.

Speculative? Yes. To say that it is so far from the realm of possibility to be idiotic is a bit much.

It got erased because, as I have said many times now, I was typing out of my rectum. Thank God I deleted it so we wouldn't have to go down this road...

Well, Hat, all I've ever tried to say here is that there is a difference between there being holes in the story and accusing someone of a crime.

I don't know that area, you guys do. I'll take your word the guy's story sounds weird, my problem came in where he was accused of soliciting drugs. That's all.

I said there are some people who post idiotic things. The only way I singled out your post was saying that if I were incredibly off base on this, you wouldn't have deleted it. Is it that hard to put the little pieces together?

Knoxville/Knox County has two mayors. Every county that doesn't have metro government has that. In fact, most counties have multiple mayors. So, I guess pretty much the entire state is retarded.

I must of misunderstood something. Someone was telling me that there was something unique about the situation in Memphis but I don't remember what it was, thought it was that.

The only thing truly unique about the city of Memphis' government is that there is an absolute moron running the city.... and come to think of it, that isn't such a unique thing in large cities.

Oh: One more thing, I worry more about my safety walking around the F0rt here in Knox than I ever have walking around Memphis.
