Go to the the DC Alumni Club. I went there several times last year. Good mix of older and younger people. I can't remember the name of the bar. Lots of drinks and fun. Just go to the website.

just go to the espn zone downtown.. tvs evrywhere

Buffalo Billiards in Dupont would be a good place. Right off the metro as well.
