UT Plane(merged)

Wait...oak trees...I get it...like ones at a funeral...

Actually never thought too hard about this one, but what he's done where he's at is nothing short of amazing...

I don't get the KS, though...

But if my hunch is right it's a coach on the radar/on the rivals list.

And who has set foot in this state in the last year.

Just to clarify, though...

Is it someone who has taken two awful, awful, awful teams and given one its first winning seasons in IA and the other one of the more unlikely BCS bowl appearances of all time?

will someone please just spell it out for the rest of us? sorry if I am not getting the clues....

I know some people who expect nothing short of Vince Lombardi think we are getting robbed, but it's someone with a definite proven track record.

Taking Wake to a BCS bowl is like taking Vandy to one. Turning Wake into a perennial winner should be a ticket to the big time.

Throw in turning Ohio into a winner and you have a miracle worker.

I would prefer him to practice his wondrous works elswhere.

I wouldn't exactly say he turned either program into "winners".

Grobe is not the answer that I came up with. I came up with Greg Schiano (sp). The KS is Scarlett Knights. Red Oak is the official state tree of NJ.
Look at flightaware arrivals into Raleigh today. Around 10 am a private jet landed from Newark NJ and so did the Ruby Tuesday plane.

And he's someone who is availible first week of Dec cause RU aint going bowling. I know nothing about him and dont know if I would be excited with him or not.

Did you see the records of the programs before he came? Do you understand the sheer magnitude of taking Wake Forest to the Orange Bowl?

As for Ohio, three .500+ seasons in six years at a school who had never had a prior winning IA season is a pretty bang up job.

Let me add that I don't think he's the best choice (in my opinion, Lane Kiffin is)...but he's not the worst either.

I thought that Grobe was the inferral, but I was really hoping he was not. IS this the best we can do? I would rather give Chavis a shot. We need to make an impact. Grobe is not the answer IMHO.

I guess we are just plugging someone in until Peyton retires and makes his intentions known.

Why would we hire someone with zero coaching experience to save the program?

Please dont be grobe. We need to hire a younger coach who can be here for years to come. He is only 2 years younger than fulmer. Please let it be Schiano. He is an excellent coach, if given a top program he will be an amazing coach and recruiter.
