My Lord, vivid seats has tickets for sale in my section $465-$626. If you want tickets, plenty on vivid seats, but you'll spend a fortune for them.

SELL! SELL! SELL!
Glad I bought my Bama tix early. If we are able pull this thing off Saturday night, ticket prices will go will into the stratosphere down there in Tuscaloosa. It’s my daughter’s senior year down there and we’re going down, doing the tailgate tent and everything. I would love to ruin it for her. Yeah, I’m that dad. 😁

Let this be a lesson to the people who think downsizing Neyland is a good idea. We will fill the place regularly when we play competent football. We don’t demand perfection we’ll put up with lots of stuff, just a little hope now and again and we’ll pack the place.

When I was at UT, there was a FLA basketball player, Dwayne Schinzus (sp?). He had apparently been on UT campus for some reason in the summer/off season…whatever. I think some kid hit his car and he got out with a tennis racket and beat the kid up with it. So, when FLA came to Knoxville to play that next season, the first time out called by the refs, the tennis balls flew like damn locusts out of the stands and just rained down on this Schinzus. I was happy to play my small part in vigilante justice that night.
Schintzius allegedly hit two UF students outside of a bar one night in Gainesville with the tennis racquet.

Pretty much every SEC school that year did the same thing except Vandy found a way to top it. Someone in the stands there held onto a single tennis ball until the closing seconds of the game. Vandy was up by one with the ball when the single tennis ball was launched from the student section and landed on the court resulting in a technical foul which gave UF the opportunity to sink 2 free throws to win the game.

That’s right. And I think that’s how Vandy missed out on winning the SEC regular season title as a result. Been so long ago, not sure. I knew he had hit a student with a tennis racquet and some version of it going around at the time was that it was a UT kid. Crazy stuff at the time.

I found 2 tickets on Stubhub Monday. In XX2 but that's fine with me, my son has never been to a sold out game or a checkered game so its worth it just for him to experience that kind of atmosphere.

This is by far the biggest game he's been to at Neyland so we will be there screaming at the top of our lungs. It should be absolutely rocking Saturday night.

Go Vols, WGWTFA!
