Just hope people put their money where their mouth is and make up for the loss in contributions from the seven figure donors.

If the Haslam / Schiano / Currie ramrod theory is true the Haslams need to be tarred, feathered and not allowed back in the state of Tennessee.

Same thing happened with Auburn (Lowder) and Bama (Bryant, Jr.).

I think the Haslam ties/access needs to be severed, at least to a degree. I'm sensitive to the fact that one is governor. I don't envy the ones that need to (IMO) have that discussion.

How in the world are we letting this one family dictate how the football program is run?

How do we know who is running what? It’s all hear say. Everything from Gruden to Schiano to Tee and Cutcliffe. Nothing has been said from anyone on any side.

That fact is we know absolutely nothing!!!!As soon as everyone agrees to that we might get somewhere.

I know, right.lol....but I don't think anyone would argue that they're not in a better place than we currently are.

The point I was trying to make is both of those schools had to put their foot down before real change occurred.

The one constant in this recent string of buffoonery in our athletic department, is the Haslams and their influence. You don't have to look very far to hear that from MULTIPLE sources. Hell, as I type Ainge is talking about it on WNML.....(flame away for what you guys think he knows).

I would love to see how we could do without them.

hire a top guy and make him the highest paid coach in America and see how fast that stadium gets its facelift. AD has been asking us fans to stay all in while they shop bargain bin. Time for them to put up or get out.

Multiple sources is the problem. No one knows anything. That’s the issue.

Everyone gets fired up over hearsay. What went down yesterday with the coach was the right move. But calling out Currie as a puppet
of Haslam or calling out the Haslams as the Underwoods of our White House is ludicrous until it’s a known fact.

Attacks are deserved when they can be confirmed.
