UT/Montana - ESPN3???

Does anyone know if the game will be broadcase over the I-net on ESPN3? I am so anxious to see what we do this year and the opening game is on TV but PPV...Just wondering if I will be able to watch this game! Thanks

if it's on PPV it def won't be on espn3. why would they allow u to watch it for free when they want u to pay for it?

Yes. It will be in ESPN3. Outside of TN only though. It will be blacked out in TN, so you will have to buy on PPV or ESPN Gameplan. All PPV games for UT have been on ESPN3 outside of TN so far.

Well doesnt that just blow...Hopefully I will be able to find it somewhere! How much are the PPV games? I have DirectV

i'm in virginia, and the u t martin game was not on espn3 last year.

Yeah, it's $30-35 but be prepared to spend time on the phone with their customer service dept. Last year I missed a quarter of action despite ordering on the internet 2 hrs before game time. On the second occasion, I missed another quarter of play because the game was only being broadcast in the bedroom instead of the widescreen in the den. I'm just going to game this year to save my sanity.

Dang $30 for a game...Thats a lil too steep...Guess I am just going to have to miss this years opener! But I was able to watch the UT Martin game last year over the Internet...Just dont remember what site it was on...Hopefully I will luck up again and find it being broadcast somewhere...

Just watch it on the internet. Come around here about 30 min before gametime, we'll have a thread up with links.

IF in fact it will be on ESPN3 at all...if it's only on PPV, it will be 50-50 that we get a link by gametime.

I watched UT-Martin game on espn3 last year, but the schedule for espn3 does not have UT-Montana. espn3's schedule for that day is pretty lame, not sure why this game would not be broadcast, I thought that this was part of the sec/espn deal signed last year.

They'll have it. They don't have all the games up yet. They'll probably add it the week of

...in my 34th year as a VOL Fan held prisoner in Alabama

I was able to watch football (and basketball) games on ESPN3 last year even if they were on PPV oe not available in this area (BBall).

And on the couple of games I have bought on PPV over the past 2-3 years, they were generally around $30.

One thing I have found about PPV on our system (Knology) is that it is best to call early in the day since they gernerally let you see any of the other PPV games on the channel you buy.

I live in Charlotte and the UT-Martin game was on ESPN3 for me as well. Thought it would just be blacked out in TN, but that's weird that someone in VA wasn't able to watch it.
