A whole lot. Maybe they were worried someone would try to sneak in and take him away next year. I'd say for that money he will safely be here awhile. Might be what they had in mind. It is a lot of money.

I really don't care if they paid Coach O a million dollars if he brings top talent.

Then he could throw 1 million dollars in between the yaw yaws when recruiting.

I dont care if we give the HC and assistants the keys to the presidents home. We still do not have the highest paid staff in the sec. Pay them whatever.

I am curious, who has the highest paid staff in the SEC and the nation?(including the HC)
I've heard some talk about it, but no numbers.
