Glad to see people reveling in the distant past. I'm sure certain posters on here are holding viewing parties as we speak.

i'm personally enjoying it. there's nothing like seeing so many "will-be" criminals on one field....

I had forgotten what a bunch of giggling schoolgirls Greise and Jackson sound like.

Wasn't that the game where Jackson announced his retirement, they dumped a gatorade barrell of confetti on him, and then he continued to call games for 7 more years?

actually i think some people need to watch this so they know what UT can have. so that they can see why constant 3 and 4 loss seasons should not cut it on Rocky Top

3,2,1 count it down ladies and gentlemen. the national champions are clad in BIG ORANGE.
i was wishing I could've heard that, as I know we'll never hear JW call one again.

Speaking of old games, I pulled out the 1985 SugarVols DVD and watched the 1986 Sugar Bowl tonight in celebration of the end of finals. Listening to Jackson and Frank Broyles is always funny, and it was good to see Johnny on the sidelines again, even if I am living in the past.

That is one of the Vols greatest games ever. If you can watch this and not get exited and emotional then throw out your bottle of zanex and join the rest of us. I just happen to walk into Outback and it was on and I got chills. Hat, this is why we are fans of college football. I give you more credit than anyone as far as knowledge on this board. You are very smart but if this does not get the juices flowing a little, then I dont know what to say. To me any one who could happen to see this game on tv (who is truly a Vol fan) and not get that HELL YEA feeling, something is off.:dance2: I really do not mean any disrespect .
