Mentally ill...an entire fan base? I certainly hope not; although I do question my sanity for even humoring this post.

I think what you see is that we are attention starved. Like Florida, we got accustomed to being in the spotlight over the years. We could turn on SportsCenter and guarantee our highlights would be shown, and Game Day would discuss us. Unfortunately over the past few years, we have lost some mojo and the only stories being discussed have embarrassed the university and the fan base. Now, we finally feel we are headed in the right direction. We are facing a quality opponent who we considered one of our most hated rivalries for years, but unfortunately we haven't lived up to our part of the word "rivalry". And we are finally feeling optimistic about our chances to get this rivalry and our program back on top. So yeah...maybe we are getting a little excited to hear Commentator XYZ praise us, our QB, or hell, even our mascot a little. And maybe we are a little mentally ill for feeling our blood pressure rise over the anticipation of a sporting event that most of us wait an entire year for. Maybe we are a little mental ill to be hanging our hopes on 19-20 year old kids to bring us back to the promise land of a SEC and/or National Championship. Maybe we are a little ill to be so much faith into a coach that really is unproven. But how dare you say that we are mentally ill because our passion is over flowing in threads dedicated to our beloved Vols and ANY attention they are finally receiving. We've had some difficult years, and it feels damn good to have optimism....so please don't call me mentally ill....just call me plum Crazy. Because come Saturday afternoon, I just might be bouncing off rubber walls, drooling from both corners of my mouth, rippling the very clothes from my body as I celebrate each and every touchdown the Big Orange scores in anticipation of the highlights and comments from the very commentators that have been ignoring us these past years.

My question is why are you on vol nation if your a Florida fan....because you want to start drama so don t call us a drama queen. By the way you probably are hated on Gator nation or whatever the **** you guys call it so you have to come to our site and start ****. You need to get a life and stop going to opposing teams boards just to be a dusty vagina!!!! GO VOLS!!
