We should go ahead and mention....this whole set can be yours for $225 plus shipping.

I was REAL interested until I saw that. it's okay, my girlfriend has DVR. Sounds like a great idea though.

Yeah I'd do this for a national title game or maybe buy a couple of the better games but with the Tivo you get the broadcast not the Volnetwork broadcast and its free not $225.

I will stick with DVRing it for what it cost me to buy a spindle of DVDs.

As I said in another thread, I think they'd stand to make money off of the out-of-staters who don't get the TV replays --> if they sell individual games. Their price works out to $18.75 per game + shipping. I could see a big surprise win being a nice seller, but that seems like a quite a chunk of change if you're buying the whole season.

I was watching the Perfection DVD last night. The Vol Network could make a lot of money by selling a similar package with every game from 1998, with John Ward's calls. That one would sell very well at $225.

I don't think there will be as many out-of-staters that won't get to see the games if they'll look for them. According to SECsports.com the SEC Network Markets (confirmed as of release date) for the new SEC Network formerly JP Sports.

It has the games being broadcast in a lot of areas that JP didn't.

I meant out-of-staters who won't have TV access to the Vol Network replays. I figure most of us can get the games live.
