Trailing by six runs entering the ninth inning, Tennessee rallied to score three times and brought the go-ahead run to the plate, but fell just short as the Volunteers (7-2) dropped their opening game at the Houston College Classic, 7-4, to Houston (5-4) at Minute Maid Park on Friday evening.

I really thought they were gonna come back and win it during that rally......I'm glad to see that this team doesn't quit and keeps fighting to get the W

today's and sunday's games could get ugly. we used our best pitcher last night. hang in there vol fans, could be a long season, but i'm 100 % behind the vols !! we will get better as the season goes on !!

I didnt see the game because there was no stream I could watch, but from the blog we seemed competitive. Hope we bounce back tonight!! GBO!

I can't figure any way to watch the game today, I guess this is listen at UT sports day...don't even think they'll carry it on local (knoxville) radio due to the basketball game.
