UT back to Adidas in '26.

The size of this $ gap is surprising to me and it is going to change the market value for schools like TX, FL, GA, and Bama. I wonder when their deals are up for renewal?
Florida, Georgia and Alabama all renewed within the last year and got the same modest increase that Nike offered Tennessee, but they did not release formal numbers.

The Texas number is actually misleading, because they received a large signing bonus at the start of their contract, so while it averages out to the number posted above, they’re actually receiving much less.

Also important to remember, none of those numbers are in cash. There is a combination of cash and uniforms/equipment.

One of the posters mentioned that UT is behind all of their uniform designs. It will be interesting to see what new uniform designs the Lady Vols get when Adidas steps in, especially in softball since they have so many uniform variations.
Don’t expect them to look significantly different, the same designer at UT that did the Nike design designs will be doing the Adidas designs. The goal is to not look much different in the five TV sports.

Just hoping for strong home and away uniforms and some squad pleasing special alternates. Love to see some FB road jerseys with as close as possible replicas of those yokes on the shoulders. Read the general uni rules once and made my head hurt. Mix in some checkerboards I guess. Loved the Ladies soccer uni’s last night.

Love some throwbacks if the players like them down the road. As an Old fart not a fan but guess Dark Mode hangs around.

BET everybody involved has PMS151 chips on their desk. Disrespecting our colors and traditions will not be tolerated by DW. Bet all first yr designs cross his desk on the way out and prototypes for sign off on the way back.

Sounded like you were suggesting a return to the Power T, one logo only regime. My bad, i guess i misread.”Remain the same across five sports…
No. The uniform designs in the five TV sports will keep roughly the same look under Adidas that they’ve had under Nike. Most people will only notice a different logo.
