Cocks lose out from here. 6-6 SC got a win over an over rated Ole Miss (lol) and other than that, has beaten a bunch of nobodies. They squeaked out a win against Vandy. Wooohoooo!

Losses @ UT, @ Ark, utter destruction by UF and the usual azz kicking by Clemson should round out their season.

SC will rarely be better than .500. It's their legacy and moreover, their tradition. Hell, they aren't even a football school, imo.

remember Moe going 60 yards and putting us on the 10
remember Al'Shawn taking it 50 yards to the 15 or 10
end of the game we took it down the field again and could have easily made a FG but we went for the TD.

we had a rough game, the worst game all year actually, Garcia missed 1 pass that was a TD over the middle to Barnes.

just a poorly played game by us

Probably had a little to do with Bama camping out in the SC backfield, just a guess. They thoroughly dominated SC in the trenches. That wasn't the case in our game. Where are most games won? In the trenches.

You're missing the point...the whole bit about the alleged quote is that Vols go to the NFL, while Cocks end up with no degree and no future. I don't believe it was meant to disparage the school as a whole.

I watched that game, and I swear I think it was the ugliest game I've ever seen in my life. I penciled in USCjr as a win that night.

No you didn't, there was a power outage from ESPN, you maybe saw 2 plays. The only half of play you saw of that game was the 2nd half. Whoa...really caught you in a lie there. ESPNU showed the Vanderbilt/Ole Miss game during the first half of the SC/SC State game.
