USCocks worst 6-2 SEC team in recent memory

South Carolina's 6 wins came at the expense of teams with a cumulative 16-19 W-L record (not including 1-AA creampuff SC State). Not quite the stuff that champions are made of.

I'm reasonably certain that neither of my alma maters would even let you enter the admissions building, much less enroll.

That was weak, just like your attempt to validate how your team is "back".

...I'm a south carolina graduate...in my second year of law school....

The funny things is, you're so delusional about where your football program is and going that you put it on the level with Florida and Alabama. I guess you also put your education level on the same playing field as Berkley, Chapel Hill, and UVA.

Don't be ridiculous. I asked you the question because your comment was unintelligible by any measure.

I'm sorry you couldn't do better, but you gotta play the cards you're dealt. Tough break.

What would "back" mean at a program like SCe?

I don't want to go "back" anywhere. We are heading forward, towards a new apex. Our football teams are at the same spot right now, great recruiting, solid players, good coaches. I have no doubt you will beat us in recruiting this year, but that is because we have 8 seniors. EIGHT SENIORS, second least in the nation. With our young talent, and our ability to recruit in the top 25 every single year (we have for 5 straight) i believe we will be in the same place if not better the Tennessee in 3 years.

What makes you Tennessee fans think you could possibly beat SC this year. What has changed for you guys since last year.....not a whole lot.SC-21 UT-17

I'm pretty certain you are gonna see all the change that you can handle Sat. night in the 1st of a long string of ass-whippings coming to the the chickens courtesy of THE BIG ORANGE. I advise you to avoid the rush and go ahead and get accustomed to it.

Clearly one of those endeavors requires little brain power.

It's all fun and games man, I hope you kick every out of conference teams ass this year. I'm SEC all the way. I think I speak for all Carolina fans when I say, we just want to be known. We want the rest of the SEC to know respect that we have players and we could beat you. I have nothing against Tennessee, and I definitely respect your tradition, but this Saturday isn't about tradition, it's about the 2 teams that are on the field.

You sound so confident. If it was me, I would want people to think that we will beat the other team.

if your goal is to be in the top 25 in recruiting every year then you will be fighting UK for 5th in the SECe every year. Face it, we have better coaches and our recruiters are going to keep us in top 5-10 classes every year.

We're at a similar place right now (which is sad since we're coming off one of the worst periods in UT football history) but we will be nowhere close in 3 years.

Any given saturday my man. Anything can happen, so I will never say we WILL win. I think it'll be a hard fought game, and i'm hoping that Alshon is healthy.

It's sad that Fulmer couldn't do more with the talent he had. He had elite talent, top 15 talent over the past 4-5 years, but his type of coaching was ineffective. We haven't only had top 25 classes, Last year we had the #12 class, 3 years ago the #6 class. This year we only have 8 seniors, so this class doesn't need to be as overwhelming.
