USAID may be the biggest scandal in American History.

When you don't understand anything, everything is scary. Dumb ****s.

Intellectual dishonesty, got it. You don't have to pray for something that is going to happen. But carry on....you will be blaming liberals soon.
The stock market is booming. At this rate, people will do better just putting their money in a savings account.

WASHINGTON—The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) submitted an official notification to Congress on Friday that the State Department will be assuming responsibility for most of the agency’s functions and ongoing programming.

All personnel will receive a Reduction in Force (RIF) notification on Friday, a USAID official shared with The Daily Wire, informing them that all non-statutory positions at USAID will be eliminated. That includes USAID employees around the world.

Approximately 4,600 USAID personnel will be RIF’d across the agency’s foreign and civil service.

The historic move realigns the United States’ handling of foreign aid, implementing foreign policy to align with the interest of President Donald Trump’s administration. USAID officials say that bringing its programs under the State Department umbrella will enhance the impact, efficiency, accountability, and uniformity of its foreign assistance programs.

With these guys agreeing to cooperate it will allow the DOJ to go further up the USAID corruption tower ... I can see why all the effort to keep the lights away.

From the article:

A former USAID contracting officer and three private-sector executives pleaded guilty today to participating in a scheme that diverted more than $550 million in U.S. development contracts in exchange for bribes and other illicit benefits.

Between 2013 and 2022, Watson manipulated the procurement process to award 14 prime contracts—totaling more than $550 million—to Apprio and Vistant without competitive bidding.

USAID OIG long knew of the $544M bribery scandal involving Walter Barnes that DOJ wrapped up this monthOn November 9, 2023, the feds barred Barnes and his company from contracting based on "lack of business honesty/integrity”That same day, it chose him for an $800M contract

The contract was to a "joint venture" between Barnes' PM Consulting Group & CollaborateUp, a home-based business run by a part-time think tank employee that was used to exploit a set-aside for "small business," even though large businesses would actually be doing the work.

CollaborateUp says USAID let it "co-develop" its "procurement reform" policies. It then teamed up with a company that was criminally bribing USAID to get contracts. And when contracting officials said that was a problem, they asked a judge to force USAID to give them the $.

EXCLUSIVE: Trump Admin Takes Action After Massive Fraud Uncovered at agency Dems tried to protect from DOGE

Following the uncovering of a massive bribery scandal at USAID, the Small Business Administration (SBA) is ordering a full audit of all government contracting officers who have exercised grant-awarding authority under the agency’s business development program over the last 15 years.

In a letter obtained by Fox News Digital, SBA Administrator Kelly Loeffler said the scale of the USAID fraud is a "damning reflection of systemic failures in oversight and accountability." She further said that the fraud "was not an isolated incident."

Loeffler instructed Pennie to immediately initiate a full-scale audit of the agency’s awarding officers back to 2010.

"The role of federal government contracting officers is not ceremonial or self-dealing; rather, it is a position of immense authority and fiduciary responsibility," said Loeffler. "The contracting process must be transparent and built on merit, not personal gain."

This comes after USAID, an agency tasked with administering civilian foreign aid, was essentially dismantled by the DOGE waste, fraud and abuse cuts made under Elon Musk and President Donald Trump. The move was met with massive protests from Democrats who claimed that cutting USAID would impoverish and harm recipients across the globe.

Add to this Medicaid cuts. That affects a lot of rural folks. I have family that lives in Cleveland, Georgia. The closest Hospital is in Gainesville. That's 25-30 minutes away. But hey....yall got it all figured out. No one is leaving rural America behind. They're choosing to vote against progress. Healthcare and internet are scary. 🤷🏾‍♂️

This idea that 25-30 minutes away is bad, is hilarious. I’ve lived in places where it took 15 minutes to get to the main road
