I seriously doubt Meyer would take a rebuild job. He bolted from UF when things weren't nearly as bad as they are in Knoxville.I believe firmly that Urban Meyer would take Tennessee job in a heartbeat. I'll list a few reasons why.
1. Urban Meyer is the kind of football coach who can turn things around quickly.
2. Tennessee has a Stadium that has one of the most passionate fan bases ever. Over 100,000 strong.
3. Would compete for playoff spot by year 2, if not his first year.
4. Is a better coach than Mullin or Smart and would dominate the SEC East for years.
5. Able to recruit anywhere from Coast to coast.
All Tennessee has to do is poney up and make the offer.
Urban Meyer would say YES let's do this.
Time to make this giant dark cloud hanging over us disappear.

I beg to differ, he would be Tennessee's huckleberry. You are completely ignoring the fact that Meyer already fled the SEC once, while in charge of a much better program than UT.
He will never in a million years take the UT job. Way too much stress and he wont be able to win like he did at Florida or OSU.
