Kiffin is an average HC. He’s better as an OC but his immaturity prevents him from being able to work with a HC long term

As long as there’s a University of Tennessee, I don’t think you’ll see Lane Kiffin here again. I don’t think they’d even schedule a team he coaches as long as Fulmer is AD.

Well, I think at the moment, that if it was considered in bad taste before, it is just irritating now. There is plenty of things those in charge at this program might do. The way things are going, there are probably a few thousand they might do. But not one of them will include bringing back Lane Kiffin.

If there was even a chance you throw 10 million a year at him and name him AD as well if he wants. You make the Saban promise that he will answer to no boosters. No meddling. Give him coeds and diplomatic immunity if he asks for it.

You could put cans in Neyland labeled Urban Meyer to Neyland fund and collect enough money to pay Pruitt's buyout.

He’s a better coach than Pruitt is he not? He had won at Bowling Green, Utah, Florida and Ohio State. Why wouldn’t we want him over what we have?

As opposed to hiring a coach who we have to fire and end up paying millions to NOT coach here any more? I would take it at this point, even though I hate Meyer.

This is the only problem with the Meyer pipe dream. Even if we hired him, our incompetent administration would find a way to screw it up.

Another possibility is he sees the UT as run by dumb hicks who let you get rich off them and if already rich, filthy rich off them. Come down, sign a lucrative contract, half coach if at all for a few years, quit or get fired, go home and enjoy the money you suckered out of us. Stay away from this guy.
