I'm just as pissed as everyone else about the performance today, or lack there of. I'm behind Dooley but I wouldn't be upset at all if Dave Hart decided to give Urban a call to see how much $ it would take to get him to kville.
Coaches of his caliber aren't available every year. If we could get him, I'd happily take a loss to UK if that's what it takes.

lol, I would feel sorry for Bray if he had to run Urbans system. actually I doubt he would stick around if we hired Urban.

I just wish we would have hired Spurrier when he showed interest. I highly doubt even with a good amount of money we would get Urban, you don't go playing Tennessee as one of your biggest rivals to their head coach with no local ties.

So Saban didn't do that when he went to Bama.

I'd at least give Meyer a call and make him say no. Like I said, coaches of his caliber don't come around every year.

I'm thinking that instead of firing Dooley and THEN looking for a coach, that Hart should throw some feelers out for only a few selected prospects, and if they show interest, then at that point, pull the trigger.

Gruden would be my first choice. I know he probably likes his current gig with ESPN, but 4 mill+ serious incentives for BCS appearances might get him out of the MNF booth. The 2-3 mill that Hamilton had been offering wouldn't cut it.

I would also see what it would take to bring Gary Patterson in, or Meyer. Beyond those guys (maybe even Spurrier...I think he could do wonders for Bray and Worley), I would just opt to keep Dooley and hope that there is a major shakeup in the Offensive staff (Chaney, Heistand)
