Root like heck for La Salle, Boise State and Villanova to lose their first games. If any or all do lose their first it likely means we can go one and done and be ok.

I expect to see Boise State drop after tomorrow night. Hopefully Nova drops a peg too.

Lunardi didn't move St. Mary's at all despite loss. Said even if Jordan Page doesn't return it has no impact on their seeding.

My fear in all this is that the selection committee comes down to choosing either TN or KY Jelly to get in the tourney.

Guess who they will pick.....? :banghead2:

Good to know, didn't think they'd fall out, can't punish them for losing to Zags (nowhere near the same as MTSU losing to FIU).

I'm telling you Okie State better not sleep on Baylor.
GO VOLS!

It will be a good game. Baylor's beaten them already this year and took them to OT only to lose another time.

But I wonder what Baylor team will show up. The one who beat Kansas came from absolutely nowhere.

I'll be honest though, even with a win over OK State, they'll need something more. They played a tough conference schedule, and have a few quality wins (UK, KU and OSU), but they couldn't beat any of the middle-of-the-pack Big 12 teams. I think they need 2 wins to have a legit shot.

Does "one and done" mean one win and then out on Friday?
Because losing the first game puts us on the hot seat, even if we're not the only one who does it.

Of the 26 brackets in the matrix that have been updated since last night, Tennessee is in 21 of them and is no longer considered the last team in.

Last 4 in according to the Matrix:
Kentucky (24/26 11.5 avg)
St. Mary's (23/26 11.22 avg)
Tennessee (21/26 11/71 avg)
Boise State (18/26 11.44 avg)
*LaSalle is in all 26 brackets, but has the lowest seed average:11.85)

It's my understanding that the 11 vs. 12 distinction is made based on some automatic qualifiers that will get a 12 seed like Bucknell, Belmont, LA Tech, Akron, etc. So it's more important to look at first, how many brackets have you in, then what your average seed is.

First 4 out:
MTSU (7/26 11.29 avg)
UVA (6/26 12.17 avg) (Some people are giving them a 13 seed????)
Ole Miss (3/26 11.67 avg)
Iowa (2/26 12 avg)

Baylor and Alabama are listed in 1 each.
