He won a TX HS championship... Kid is talented. Ur boy got lucky he had a chance to ride such a kid to a big payday. No proof he could rebuild a team let alone a program like TNs.

Wilcox has made it known that he would like to move back west at some point. When that happens is anyone's guess.
CPS is someone that we would want to keep around. He would most likely follow Wilcox.

Debatable. And if you compare years I'm pretty sure TN got hit with bigger injuries across the board compared to Houston during their 5-7 year, all while playing in the SEC.

But you like Sumlin, for whatever reason, so none of that matters.

And even if you say they were even in terms of injuries, if Sumlin is such a great coach, and Dooley is horrendous, then why couldn't Kevin scrap out some more wins due to his awesomeness at calling ball-plays when his QB went down? Especially in Conference USA?

He lost to Rice.

Some of these guys scoreboard watch and have never played a down of football in their lives. What can you expect?

Wilcox, Sirmon, and Thompson are far from the problem. Baggett wasn't the problem but now he is gone. I think there should be some reshuffling/replacing certain personnel, but none of the above guys should be ( or have been in Bagget;s case) included in that list.
