Asking Tariq Owens to gain 25lbs of good weight is a pretty lofty expectation in that timeframe imo

There's no way to really measure those traits though, people are saying you can compensate for thin posts, but I don't recall many successful teams with posts as thin as ours.

With what talent? Our talent is middle of the league at best. You're setting yourself up for disappointment.

1. Neither you nor I know what kind of talent we have outside of Richardson, Moore, and Reese. And that includes "coaching talent."

2. Even if Mostella and McKnight are cleared, our talent level is middle of the pack at best on paper. We still have no PG or a big body.

Anything can happen, but realistically, we'll have reached our practical pinnacle if we can finish a game or two above .500 next year.

That is precisely the reason I think it won't be. We won't have an identity as a team and heck, 2 of our players still are not even cleared yet, and we don't know if they even will be. I think we will be a team that gets better as the year goes on.

It's really Josh , several role players, and a few new guys who may or may not be the real deal at this level. Scary to think about, but still exciting in a way.
