There's no time table for completing pahase 2 or 3. So we have to live with the rust indefinitely.

Actually, I did read that it is supposed to be finished by 2021 season opener. I believe AD talked about that during a presser early on.

This x1000. Kyle Field was the nicest stadium I've been to personally. Neyland needs to widen the upper concourses, increase the bathrooms, and possibly widen the seats. I sit beside a rather friendly but larger lady, and my 3 seats become an uncomfortable two very quickly.

These changes come at the cost of capacity. Maybe as much as 20-25% and the increase of as much as 50% or maybe more for a ticket to the new (in my opinion) ho- hum stadium. If comfort is what you want, stay home and watch the game on TV. Or tailgate, then go inside your motorhome and watch in the AC comfort.

With the S. Endzone Field Club it will solve one thing that's always bothered me in that the goal post isn't centered with the tunnel. That tunnel is going away.

I went to the game against UF last season, which was my first trip to Neyland, and the two main things that stood out to me was how narrow the concourses were, and how outdated the restrooms were. I also feel sorry for anyone that has to sit at the very top of the lower bowl, because you really can't see anything.

Definitely glad there are plans to expand the concourses and renovate the restrooms.

You must have been staying in the ghetto section. Neyland Stadium has some nice, gated neighborhoods.

I thought your garden variety parking garage results in more parking spaces in the same square footage.
Math is hard. I guess he couldn't math it.

My point is that at some point UT should have looked further than the nose on their face when planning future expansions. Estabrook being a perfect example. It's one of the oldest buildings but literally feet from the east side scaffolding.
