Profane ribs:
Marinate baby back or St. Louis style ribs in mojo creole sauce over night. Smoke them at ~275f til perfectly done. Glaze with savory tomato-based BBQ sauce and let caramelize. Cut individual ribs & serve.

Classic....
I was using the Ignore function to filter out Behr. It hides the threads he starts. I turned off the Ignore function, and I did post in a game thread he started. When I engage the Ignore function again, I'm not going to see threads he's started, and I'll post in the threads visible to me. In future, if/when you invite me to join a conversation in a thread started by Behr, give me a heads up, and I'll turn off the Ignore function to join in.

Well, I cheat. I use the ribalizer method simply because if I spend all the time prepping and smoking, by the time they are done, I don't want any part of em. 2 large aluminum pans whatever will fit in your smoker, a rib rack, a good rub, apple juice, honey and brown sugar along with a couple beers is all you need. 3 hours and you're eating.
