No Gregg Marshall or Pitino...more than likely gonna be a project, but either way I'm sure there will be a petition on who we should hire I'm sure!!!

with Mick, I think his dream job is wherever they pay him the most

Where does that come from? Hes had the same job since 2006.

Hes coached at cincy(asst)/lville(asst)/murray/cincy. Looks like his decisions are based more on geography and proximity to his hometown than money.

Arch, E, Arch, E.
Young. Sees the game from the mind of a pg, with a pg/coach brother and learned from his dad who is a great basketball mind.
Just call him now and do it. And don't look back.

I'm sure CBJ has reached out to Dave Hart offering whatever assistance he can… probably not much BUT I wonder if Eric Spoelstra could help in terms of mitigating the negative PR surrounding the Tennessee job at the moment… the coaches' network is pretty tight.

If Tennessee was going to spend some money, Mick Cronin would be a nice replacement but I do not believe will Tennessee will even go anywhere near a 2 mill salary.

Tennesse will NOT pay... they have proved this over and over again and again... :cray:

Do we know that his deal is signed, sealed and delivered? There may be time to act. I know it's an unpopular thing to post but I think they have to call his agent and verify.

I posted this as a joke....but with the current situation, I would not be surprised by anything

Reasons this search is doomed to fail:

1. We won't pay.
2. Our fanbase will not support a coach having to rebuild.(Look at our roster.)
3. We won't pay.
4. Jimmy Cheek(which ties directly to reasons #1 and #3)

0% confidence in UT Admin at this point

Not for sure the administration is to blame we've had a major change there and we hired a pretty good coac(so far)h on a first try with football let's give them a chance. Actually in the long run this could be the best thing that could've happened to the program if you're able to see the future and see what was going to happen. I certainly was hoping Coach Martin could be successful here but there's no arguing he certainly didn't overachieve any stretch.

I also appreciate the fact that Coach Hart said he was going to hire a recruiter first I think Cal at Kentucky has proven that's what you must be to win..,. Same story as always it's not X and O's..... it's Williams and Joe's...
