Racism will never die, humans aren’t programmed like that. At least until we are all one homogenized species but no way do I see our race sticking around that long on earth. But the Chinese will do well on Mars.
I'm not finding much on this page, that's for sure.
Of all places, I found some humor in a Memphis paper.
Florida dog puts locked car in reverse, drives in circles around cul-de-sac
Racism will never die as long as people want it to live. True racism does still exist, but not in the numbers that some want to present. The bigger problem is perceived racism, where every negative interaction between a white person and a POC is labeled as racism, even when race was not an actual motivating factor. People like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson have made fortunes by perpetuating racism while at the same time decrying it. JMO, but I think both have betrayed the vision that MLK had of actual equality. What's this based on? Where has racism naturally died?

You left out the word 'some'. And it is true. What you also left out, is that the party of 'inclusion and diversity' goes out of their way to make sure there is some sort of hyphenated division after everyone's race. Why is that? Why are there African Americans, Asian Americans, Arab Americans, Gay Americans and...... white people? Aren't we all "Americans"?This is a dodge to avoid acknowledging that some people are still uncomfortable with other races.
I'll watch that later. Thanks for posting. I have been to the Gettysburg battlefield twice, with the last being 3 years ago. It is a sobering experience. This is an interesting talk that touches on veterans, monuments, reunions in the years following Gettysburg.
Interestingly, 1,800 veterans attended the 75th anniversary of the battle. Most of them would have been in their 90s.
Ahistorical fantasy monuments you mean right? They are historically inaccurate propaganda. So they teach kids to tear down historical monuments?
