I did see where people were upset that there’s a Victory Day in Rhode Island or Delaware that cebrates the Japanese surrender. It’s apparently in poor taste. So was raping and killing millions of people but who’s counting right?

I see your point, and I'm similarly apathetic at this loss. But I will not support the spirit of the behvior, and I'm smart enough to see that there is a categorical difference between toppling the statue of a despot when your country is teetering on the brink of total chaos, and self important kids going around knocking **** down.

Agreed. But the fact is thats a part of history. And its a fact that never needs to be forgotten. These monuments have stood for a long time. Slavery ended way before any of these students grandparents were alive. Just because a part of history is stained with tragic mistakes, doesnt mean it should be forgotten just because of feelings.

Not the same things. WWII Vets fought for freedom and the US.

Confederate soldiers were traitors who murdered real Americans and fought for oppression and white supremacy.

So the people that your party represent is the same party. Your party was/is racist. Keeping them down and feeding them the same sh!t and you lap it up and still vote D. When ya gonna learn man, look at your cities that have been in control of Dims for 50 years, they’re cesspools. Is that what you strive for?
