I've bot seen anything official. But it looks that way, if the numbers being tossed around are to be believed.

5-6 years ago this was true. But not now. They’d wear oskosh Bgosh if they’re getting paid. That’s all that matters with most. Personally I like adidas apparel better but the nike uni looks much better.

If that’s the case, then why have less than 30% of the eligible athletes at Texas A&M not signed the individual Adidas deals that were offered to them?

I’m not saying that it will cost a program the same number of recruits that it would have 10 years ago, but the idea that kids will automatically take $3-5 grand to wear Adidas over zero dollars from Nike somewhere else has not necessarily played out in the real world. Athletes are still attending Adidas schools, but they won’t sign an individual deal that makes them leave their Jordans or Lululemon at home.

Finished in the top five in recruiting twice since moving to Nike, top 15 seven times. When you consider how bad the program was in some of those years, that’s not insignificant.

Bought some of their boxers and, Bgosh, you really do stand out.
