If there's a 50-50 that Stoops would come to UT and he hasn't exhausted every resource he has to find out whether that's true or not, Hamilton has got to go.

Then Hamilton knows he better not screw this up. We have to pull in a Saban type. Also, I've heard that Summit and Pearl would be livid to see Fulmer return as their boss.

Not a chance Stoops is leaving Oklahoma.
Difference between Kiffin leaving Tennessee and Stoops leaving Oklahoma? Kiffin was not established at UT. Stoops is well established at Oklahoma. It would take a miracle to pry him out of Norman.

We need a coach that is in a bad position, not due to his own skill, but due to either his ad being an idiot, his owner being an idiot, or his gm being an idiot, and feels t.hat time is running out and that he won't be able to do the things he wants to. We find this man and we're set. I heard Lubby Smith mentioned. I might agree with that. But i don't think he's a great coach. But he fits the above statement.

yeah no great coach is going to come here who wants to work real hard bc this is going to be one of the toughest places to coach. have to recruit nationally, you have to compeate with flordia, geogia, auburn, LSU, alabama, ole miss on the recruiting trail, and then you have to beat them because our fan base acts like we won the national championship 2 years ago. we need a upstart
