The government cut back on media spending. That could account for the decreased posting by some members here.

Can you imagine how upset they'd be that pseudo-Cossacks (because that's what they are today in Russia) would have to take a day or two break from beating women and gays with their lashes?

Could you imagine how Russian media would react if Obama had gone MIA for a week or more? They'd already be talking about death, coups, race riots, internal divisions, a new civil war, etc.

The America media is great at fear-mongering and race-baiting.

The Russian media is even better.

It's always funny when Russia does something but the result is somehow all the CIA's doing. Putin is rarely off the grid in any resemblance of what is going on. His media and his spokesperson trip all over themselves with stories that prove wrong, pictures that are dated, etc. And yet the CIA is the one to blame. The man just has to go on television or out in public and the rumors would die. That is again unless Putin is somehow in on the CIA plot.

Some media just run with wondering where the man is and the tinfoil crowd loves to get tingles up the legs claiming false flag, CIA, plot, coup, lies, etc.

On another note, Ras are you going to change your name when Putin dies? I know Rasshoigu doesn't quite have the same ring to it....but it could work.

The RSM and the Kremlin want you to know Putin is still alive and they released a picture of his most recent foreign head of state visit in Moscow.
