Ukraine Protests

If we're to believe the Putin music videos the girls in that video complain about the drunk deadbeat Russian men and wish they were all like Putin.

Every club or bar I've ever been in Russia the waitresses and female patrons gravitate to the American and Scandinavian men. Money and a way out of Russia.

I am looking at all these photos of the handful of people "celebrating" the year anniversary of the Crimean seizure. Apaprently, it was such a wonderful event everyone decided to stay at home to celebrate. Not many of those pics are showing up in Russian media news stories either.

Kind of like Hooter's waitresses with the lonely old (presumably) rich guy, while the table of attractive young men is basically ignored, huh?

Could you imagine how the American public would react to an American president so casually talking about using nuclear weapons? Even in what would seem to be like a crisis?

We'd flip the hell out.

Riots have broken out in Kostyantynivka after an APC hit a mother and her kid (who died) earlier today and turns out the driver may have been drunk. They have burned the barracks and also a few military vehicles. The Kyiv Post is reporting the Interior Ministry has given permission for police to open fire if they continue.

While a tragedy, it amazes me how outraged the Russian troll army and their supporters are over the death of one child when there are countless others killed because of the DNR/LNR and no peep from them on those. A church is raided right after a service and deacons and two sons of a pastor are shot execution style. No outrage there. Nor for the people who have died riding a bus. I am sure the "freelancers" will exploit this to its potential.

Perhaps the rioting by pro-Russian forces will make Sputnik. They'd rather just show American riots and equate rioting with crinimal, uncivilized behavior of a nation as a whole.

Sounds like a normal day in post-"coup" Ukraine.

Looks like our intrepid front-line warrior, Jen Psaki, is pregnant. You go, Jen! More progeny to put a halt to evil Russian aggression.

A few days ago on another forum I post at a Russian poster was ridiculing the "drunk" Ukrainian fighters.

I assume that cuts both ways.

That might be why she's off her game.

If the driver was drunk, I wouldn't call it a "freak road accident."

Not sure the driver was drunk. I've seen more stories to the counter. I know the Russians, who suffer from that stereotype, have tried pinning the same one on Ukrainian soldiers quite a few times. You can find all sorts of trolling out there for the drunk, plundering, raping ATO forces ransacking the place. Many stories. No proof.

I have seen where the commander of the unit was sacked and a couple of soldiers detained for trial. It won't be enough for Russians exploiting the issue though. Still sad to see all these others who have died and been ignored. If only their deaths were exploited in an equal manner.

Oh, that. Yeah I'm terrified. You gotta admit though, that awkwardness when someone has spout so much BS that they actually believe it, when they're called on it is priceless.

Eh, it didn't really look like she believed that BS. She just looked like somebody who was doing more perfunctory bullcrap and just ready to get it over.
