Ukraine II: The Fight Against Russian Aggression

https://consortiumnews.com/2016/06/02/the-bigger-nuclear-risk-trump-or-clinton/

Hillary Clinton made a strong case for why handing the nuclear codes over to a President Donald Trump would be a scary idea, but there may be equal or even greater reason to fear turning them over to her. In perhaps the most likely area where nuclear war could break out – along Russia’s borders – Clinton comes across as the more belligerent of the two.

In Clinton’s world view, President Vladimir Putin, who has been elected multiple times and has approval ratings around 80 percent, is nothing more than a “dictator” who is engaged in “aggression” that threatens NATO following the U.S.-backed “regime change” in Ukraine.

Moscow has taken aggressive military action in Ukraine, right on NATO’s doorstep,” she declared. But stop for a second and think about what Clinton said: she sees Russia responding to an unconstitutional coup in Ukraine – which installed a virulently anti-Russian regime on Russia’s border – as Moscow acting aggressively “on NATO’s doorstep.”

any "normalization" that Trump gets done with Russia will not be to the world's favor.

What would be beneficial to the world would entail the US backing off two nuclear powered countries...and concentrate on its own dysfunctions at home...

my comment was more a comment on Trump than Russia.

and we were in solo power for 30ish years. how much crap did we start? Iraq round 2 and..... How much crap did other people start? aside from the shifting in the eastern bloc I can't really think of anything.

Suddenly Russia and China emerge as world players, the boat gets rocked and we are to blame for having the boat? any war/violence with Russia or CHina gets America nothing. We are already at the top, we can't get any higher. we definitely can't invade/occupy either one, and we already let our window of nuking them to dust go by. so where exactly is the thinking that we are the ones to cause this current round of crap?

we made China, favorable trade deals, biggest importers. if we were threatened by them we would have shut off the supply a long time ago and watch China fizzle.

Russia? if we wanted to get into a dick measuring contest with them we would have done it after their cold bath of the collapse. we didn't bat an eye when Putin started remaking their military, or regained allies. but suddenly Russia starts expanding its borders and its our fault?

I almost wish our "hegemony" was as evil as you think it is. because it never would have allowed anything to come up and threaten it. we have been leading with the carrot and you don't like that we take exception to someone else using the stick?

I read that Trump has been sending fundraising emails to British and Australian MPs. He should be sending them to Russian ones--they would be his greatest allies.

Looks like Yanukovich had it right nearly 3 years ago when he choose to pivot East with Russia instead of West with the EU. As the EU begins to implode (PIGS(F) nations and immigrants) and explode (Brexit), looks as though The Ukraine was forced to be thrust upon a sinking ship.

I'm not gonna say "I told you so" just yet, but even my harshest critics in here know deep down that my predictions are pretty much revealing themselves right now. I told you guys you needed to look at reality and get on the right side of history. But you were defiant and choose to ridicule me instead. But like Nigel Farange said a few days ago, who's laughing now?

It's hard for Americans to admit that the whole western system is slowly crumbling before us....but it is, and slowly has been for many years now. It's rotten to the core...

You want to go over our predictions for the Brexit again?

Point being that the two have nothing to do with each other. Again this little thing called national sovereignty. What is good for Ukraine is probably not good for the UK. And we weren't saying what they should be doing but what the people wanted. The people have a right to be wrong.

And again how much closer has Ukraine gotten to the EU? I will hang up and listen.

Predictions for Brexit? What are you talking about? Need a little more info than that...

The thing is, and always has been, that the people of Ukraine did not overthrow Yanukovych. Please stop with that...

The (special) war continues.

Renowned journalist killed in Kiev car bomb

A car bomb in central Kiev on Wednesday morning killed well-known pro-Western journalist Pavel Sheremet, AFP journalists and officials said.

The 44-year-old, originally from Belarus but a Russian citizen who worked for Ukrainska Pravda, an independent news site, died when an explosion tore through the car he was in.

Who is this unbiased SouthFront, you may be asking?

https://southfront.org/about-southfront/

There is far too much “dirty work” from the western mass media that attempts to hide the real truth behind the causes that provoke the various conflicts facing the world today. They create a false image of a fictitious enemy, steer public opinion, and engineer the consent of people in different countries by controlling the narrative of events. A perfect example of this is what occurred in the Ukraine, when thousands of misinformed zombies took to the streets, fed with disinformation and empty promises, and destroyed the stable institutions of the nation.

OK then.

OK then.

They are actually embedded in Ukraine. They actually attempt to call it like it is.

Your latest post was a prime example of MSM. One sided propaganda....

Just the amount of deaths and wounded on the Ukrainian side, who have been probing the Separatists lines for weaknesses with artillery, mortar and frontal attacks.

Obviously, this link isn't funded by the Russian state if you were paying attention...
