Well, to be honest, I actually agree with Thomas about the game against UGA. TN played well enough to win and deserved to win. GA did what they needed to do to have a chance and we got lucky in the end. That’s football, I certainly ain’t apologizing for it, but yeah, the Vols deserved to win. I can admit that.

I don’t have as strong a feeling about the Bama game, other than to say that the final score is not indicative of how close the game was, or moreover, how close it should or could have been.

UGA isn’t a trash program though, that’s just ridiculous to say. We’ve got probably the best HC in the country. Say what you want about our bowl cut ridiculously clapping HC, but the simple truth is that he can run a football program as well or likely better than anyone in the country! Anyone who knows and keeps up with CFB knows this.

Succinctly, nobody is happier that Saban retired than fans of the Snarling Chihuahuas.

Kirby should be completely embarrased about that as the HC of the current flagship program though. There is no way on earth he can seriously watch that clip and legitmately claim he was clapping and not calling timeout. A coach of his caliber at a university like that should have more integrity, and his antics are the primary reason they always get called trash. He may be the best coach going right now, but he's no V.Dooley or Richt in his soul. It's hard to respect him sometimes or take him seriously.

Yeah, I will not ignore or run away from that one. It was embarrassing and I’ve no explanation for it. He was certainly calling for a timeout, to say different is a bit ridiculous. Overall he has been a blessing to our program though. I never thought I’d see us win a National Title, much less two until he got here. I’ll take it. You likely would also. That’s the first truly embarrassing thing I can remember, I’m sure there are more but who even remembers?
