Glad Barboza was able to get the win. I've always enjoyed watching him, but he hasn't been able to put it all together. I still think guys like Khabib and Alvarez will give him trouble, but this is easily the biggest win of his career.

So sick of this story.

Same. Dana seemed adamant about Conor not being on the card. Yes it sucks, but let's just move on without the drama. If Jones vs. Cormier II can happen at 200, then it will still be a huge night. Conor can learn his lesson and move on.

I think it was about to happen, but Saturday Jones realized he isn't ready.

Has Jones said something to indicate he wouldn't do it?

Not that I know of. I was feeling like after the OSP fight he might call out DC for 200, but not after that performance. I doubt JJ will even comment on it at this point. It's only 2 months away and Jones hurt his foot kicking OSP's arm.

I think people are severely underestimating Jones after Saturday. He'd been out of action for fifteen months and had just a few weeks to get prepared for someone who is a completely different fighter than who he was training for. I don't see DC keeping the belt.

Is D Johnson the best pound for pound by a mile, or is his division incredibly weak? A little bit of both?

I think the division is weak, but there's no denying his talent or what he's accomplished. I wish he would move up for a rematch with Cruz, but he doesn't seem interested at the moment.

Bones vs DC is happening at 200. Crazy. I was just reading rumors about jones getting a 6 month med suspension for the foot. Guess not
